Issuance of SOF for ship performance analysis and operational profile analysis
As a new phase of the CMP-MAP hull data analysis service that we have been providing since 2019, we are pleased to announce that a statement of fact has been issued by ClassNK for a hull performance analysis based on ISO 19030 by Chugoku Marine Paints, Ltd. for a tanker owned by Iino Kaiun Kaisha Ltd.
Elemental technologies of CMP-MAP include 'visualisation of hull performance based on ISO 19030' and 'Operational profile analysis to detect operations that affects coating performance and recommend optimal operations and/or coating specifications'. However, in carrying out such analyses, there were challenges in ensuring the smooth provision of data from shipowners and the reliability and transparency of the analysis results.
Therefore, for this analysis, IoS-OP platform was used to achieve a smooth data migration, including automated data sharing from shipowner and sharing of analysis reports via cloud. In addition, we CMP believe that the fact that ClassNK, as one of the third-party organisations, issued a SOF enhances the reliability and transparency of our analysis results.

As part of our Digital Transformation (DX), we are promoting the visualisation of the performance of antifoulings using CMP-MAP.
We will continuously contribute to the reduction of GHG emissions from ships by reducing fouling and resistances.
